We arrived to find the office closed (due to them cleaning the rooms). Ok understandable. We went back a few hours later, still sign on door (cleaning rooms). When receptionist came to the door, she was with a friend and continued talking to her while she checked us in. She made no eye contact with us, just filled out the forms and handed us the key all the while talking with her friend about so and so's boyfriend. Very unprofessional. Rooms were clean but disappointed there was no view. "Breakfast included" means a basket of 2 bagels, 2 yogurts, 1 milk and 2 fruit cups found in your fridge.
Fantastic. Friendly staff. Great room. Lovely view. Clean. New comforters were the only thing lacking.
